              Join us for a fun and engaging Family Yoga Class designed to bring families together through movement, mindfulness, and connection! Perfect for all ages and skill levels, this one-hour session blends gentle yoga poses, playful activities, and relaxation techniques that everyone can enjoy. For just $25, a family of three can participate, with additional family members welcome at $5 each. Strengthen your bond, improve flexibility, and create lasting memories in a welcoming and supportive environment. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring your mats and smiles!

              ABOUT THE TEACHER:

              Casey Gainey is an art-loving yogi from a small town in South Carolina. Although always drawn to creativity, she discovered yoga in 2016. Over time, Casey found that blending her morning art practice with yoga and meditation helped her move beyond overthinking and tap into a higher creative flow. After becoming a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher in 2020 with Our Sacred Space Yoga, Casey has trained in therapeutic arts, trauma-informed coaching, and children’s yoga. Now, Casey combines creativity and yoga in her classes to guide others in reconnecting with their true selves, fostering a sense of inner calm and grounding.
