Southern Singing Festival
Jan. 31 at 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Watson Theater
Come hear the culminating concert of the 2nd Annual Southern Singing Festival at Coker University organized by Dr. Kevin Crowe. Under the direction of specialists and guest conductors, high school and college students learn authentic performance practices associated with traditionally Southern styles of singing. This year, singers will focus on spirituals, gospel, and bluegrass. Free.
