It envisions the second coming of Christ, highlighting the struggles and injustices faced by Black folks under oppressive rule. Through a series of vignettes, the play uses humor, pantomime, music and dance to critique the socio-political landscape, emphasizing the relevance of hope, resistance, and the enduring human spirit even in 21st Century society.
